Onboarding and Training

WizButler will provide the necessary onboarding and training to ensure that you have a simple, seamless and easy introduction to our technology and how to make the most of its features and capabilities.

With WizButler, just like the effort we put into creating our totally new and innovative solution for the management and allocation of online bookings, we have taken the same approach with our onboarding and training

WizButler is here for the long haul. Everything we have done and is continuously doing has been undertaken with extreme care and we have never taken any shortcuts. For example, the original patent documentation was created in the years 2016 and 2017. With the WizButler Beta system completed, it was under live testing in June 2019.

As such, WizButler’s journey is now over 6 years in the making with hundreds and thousands of real-life testing. WizButler is not “the new kid on the block” but a finely tuned system ready to take on the dinosaurs that have been holding you back as they could not get out of their habitat.

The good news is that we also wanted you to experience the success and excitement of integrating our system into your business. In this light, are now taking the same care with the development of the system during the onboarding and training of your staff. We aim to ensure that your transition from the “old world” to our “new world” is as easy and seamless as possible.

Are you excited as we are?

Here’s how to start the onboarding process:

  1. Simply fill out a questionnaire that we will send you within 7 days after. If you need help filling it out, just let us know and we’d be more than glad to do so.
  2. Provide us with a floor plan and details of your furniture layout with your response to the questionnaire.
  3. After that, we are happy to set up everything for you and your restaurant.
  4. We will conduct an initial test on the system we set up and schedule an onboarding and training session with your staff.
  5. You may choose to have it through live video training conference, private training video conference and training at our facility.
  6. If needed, you may request a site visit to your restaurant.
  7. We will help you develop your own strategy.

Just as important, the WizButler is a cloud-based system, hence, all you need to access it is an internet connection (WiFi) and a laptop, iPad, tablet or mobile phone.
